WOW Tianjin WangXia Spring succeddfully produce E900 spring

Starting from February 2023, our factory began testing and producing E900 springs. By June 2023, our factory can produce E900 springs that meet American standards. In terms of product quality, we have added E-coated technology to extend the service life of the springs. We also conducted a similar spring strength test (video) in our factory. We use a 35 kilogram standard object, and when the spring lifts the standard object, there is no deformation of the spring.

After the American customer received our first batch of 100 samples each for P728 and P730. We exclaimed that our product exceeded their expectations and perfectly matched local products in the United States during use. And the use of E-Coated technology for springs makes their performance more outstanding.

As the first successful manufacturer of E900 springs in China, we will continue to maintain our price advantage and ensure the high quality of our products.
